Enrollment Systems

Enrollment Systems, including our dedicated Slate Team, forms the technological backbone of our enrollment management process. We leverage modern systems and advanced analytics to streamline and personalize the enrollment experience. Our team ensures that every touchpoint, from the initial inquiry to the acceptance process, is seamlessly integrated for efficiency and effectiveness. The Slate Team, specifically, is tasked with maximizing the capabilities of the Slate CRM, refining the communication and interaction process with potential and existing students, making the student’s Willamette journey more manageable and enjoyable.

Enrollment Operations

The Enrollment Operations team is the engine that powers the smooth running of our enrollment management process. From application processing to document verification, our team ensures that every step in the student’s enrollment journey is efficiently handled. We coordinate across different departments to provide prospective students, current students, and families with accurate, timely information. By maintaining a well-orchestrated operations system, we strive to make the Willamette application experience stress-free, enabling students to focus on what matters most.
