Many sources of financial aid exist to help you invest in your educational and career goals. Willamette MBA's strong merit-based scholarship program, affordable tuition and learning experience combine to make Willamette an excellent choice for your MBA investment. Educational loans, graduate assistantships and a monthly payment program are also available.

Willamette MBA Merit-based Scholarships

MBA merit-based scholarships range from 10% to 100% of tuition. All applicants admitted to a full-time format of the Willamette MBA program are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships based on GMAT or GRE score, undergraduate grade point average, experience, potential, and ability to contribute to the learning experience of the Atkinson School.

Applicants interested in maximum consideration for scholarship assistance are urged to complete the application process as soon as possible. Almost 100% of students enrolled in one of the full-time formats of the Willamette MBA receive merit-based scholarship assistance. Students sponsored by their employers are the only admitted students who do not receive scholarship or aid.

Scholarships awarded to MBA and BA/MBA students for their first-year of the full-time MBA program are renewable for the second-year of the program. MBA/JD students are eligible to receive MBA scholarships only during their first-year of full-time study in the MBA program.

Some additional scholarships are available to second-year MBA students

Educational Loans

Loans provide students the opportunity to cover their educational, living and personal expenses while completing their MBA. Loans make it possible for students to invest in a future of expanded career opportunities and increased earning power. Loans are also the most common source of financial assistance for MBA students.

Most U.S. citizens and permanent residents will be eligible to fully cover estimated expenses through the Direct Unsubsidized Loan program and the Direct Graduate PLUS Loan program.

International students may be eligible for private educational loans such as the Discover MBA Loan or private credit-based educational loans.
